Frame not connecting to Wifi

If the Frame is not connecting to the Wifi, please check the following:

• Make sure the Frame is powered on
• Make sure the Frame is connected to the power supply or have ample battery
• Make sure your home Wifi network is available
• Make sure your home Wifi network is not hidden

Error has occurred when trying to display Widget

If you see the following screen:

This means that the Widget has failed to render because there could be a syntax error, or bug in the Widget code. Please check the following:

• Make sure your Environment Variables are correct
• Check the forums for any known issues
• If you are the author, check the Console in the Widget Builder for any errors
